为了弥补普通 USB3.0 有源光纤数据线无法给设备供电的缺陷,大宝娱乐推出了新一代的 USB3.0 有源混淆光纤数据线（FT-62-U3HC）。在接纳光纤作为传输介质的基础上,集成铜缆以抵达给设备供电的目的。目前在不增加任何中继设备的情况下,混淆光缆长度可达 50 米,很是适用于不具备现场供电能力的应用场合,好比机械视觉领域,远程监控领域等。

F-tone Networks’sQSFP to SFP or SFP+ Adapter (QSA) Module are designed for use in 100 Gigabit Ethernet links on up to 10km of single mode fiber. They are compliant with the QSFP28 MSA, IEEE 802.3ba QSFP to SFP or SFP+ and IEEE 802.3bm CAUI-4. Digital diagnostics functions are available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA and F-tone Networks Application Note "http://www.f-tone.com/qsfp28-reference.html".
